Q: How do I log in to my account for the first time?
A: All online accounts are set up with your username "first initial + first name" and your password is your gate code. We recommend you change your password. It can be any length (minimum 4 digits). A good, secure password usually contains a combination of capital letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
Q: What is my username?
A: All usernames are the customer's "first initial +last name". This MUST match the name on your your account with us! You can't change your username unless your information is updated in our system. If you are a business, please contact us for username assistance 903-763-2248.
Q: Help! I changed my password and don't remember what it is! What do I do?
A: For your security and protection, you can not recover your password online. You will need to come by our office or call us at (903) 763-2248 during normal business hours, M-F/8-5. Once we verify your identity, we will reset your password to your gate code. You may then log in and change it to a different password if you choose.
Q: I want to use the auto-pay feature. What do I do and what day will my card be charged?
A: You can stop by our offices or log in online to set up auto-pay on your account. This must include a one time submission of the authorization form. (See the "Pay or Reserve online" page above for additional information regarding the form). All due dates are automatically set for the 1st of the month. You may request we change your payment date to the 3rd of the month by calling us. IMPORTANT NOTE: Changing your due date to the 3rd of the month WILL NOT extend the late charge grace period on your account! All accounts are subject to a $10.00 late charge on the 6th business day of the month!
